Late night visit, the place as. Empty so. Opted. For. The drive through option.......... Would of been quicker cooking the food myself by the time the order was Taken
wasn't disappointed with food got what we are Custom to accept... Processed manufactured food that tastes like Crap. The rats that occupied the car park seemed Pleased With their Food. Though

I mean this McDonald's is ok can sometimes get orders right can sometimes mess them up,the people are nice but the atmosphere inside,can sometimes be busy can be quiet overall its not bad.
Edit:It's now four stars as they don't mess up more orders then they used to do and it's less busier than usual.
Another edit:I think that this McDonald's has really improved lately.

Good place to go for a meal but be very patient finding a seat to sit as it can be busy and full most of the time

Absolutely awful experience at McDonald’s Great Bridge, West Bromwich. Went through the drive-thru and ordered four full-size McFlurrys. When I received them, they were barely filled—nowhere near what they should be. I questioned it, and the staff member first admitted one “might need a little more” but insisted the others were fine.
When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed he was the manager (Riad) and completely dismissed my concerns. He gave me attitude when I asked for his name and made it clear he didn’t care about the poor quality of the order. I had to go to another McDonald’s just to get what I actually paid for.
Terrible service, rude staff, and clearly no interest in customer satisfaction. Won’t be returning to this location. Avoid if you expect decent service!

I can't thank this McDonald's enough. I was locked out of work Wednesday morning and I was froze. I went in to this McDonald's for a coffee ☕️ and the manager gifted it to me.

Sat inside to eat worst thing we done😔 little flys every where couldn't eat without flus been around dirty inside and we have come home and all been bad with our belly never order from here or even eat inside
